14-Day Return Guarantee

At OÜ BalamTrade, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
• The product is in its original packaging.
• The product isn't used or damaged.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Digital goods and gift cards.
• Downloadable software products.
• Custom-built PCs (unless defective).

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
